Caleb Hale is a founder and Chief Director of Visual Arts for the Open Mic Perform Pro Production and Artistic Design agency.
Caleb’s vision is to create a visual arts company designed to encourage young men and women to express themselves through art in a positive and productive manner. It is also designed to allow young men and women a safe space in which they can share their art with others.
Layered with a well-balanced background in Music, Film, and Art, Caleb has become known for his hard work and perseverance within the industry in the Augusta community. His art pieces are powerful and engaging. When he takes on any music project, he can bring life to the story he is telling through song. He also enjoys the inclusion of others when producing a new project.
Joshua Hale
Founder & Operations Manager
Joshua Hale is a founder and operations manager of the Open Mic Perform Pro Production and Artistic Design agency.
Joshua’s vision is to create management opportunities for young men and women who desire to build a career in the entertainment industry through the administration of professional media services. Joshua values a strong work ethic in the members of his team and amongst the young men and women he works with. He believes that no one should be denied the opportunity to grow as a professional, and that all opportunities must be earned, allowing individuals a chance to build a firm foundation on which their future stands. He enjoys creating programs that service communities in need of positive reformation given the lack of opportunities being offered within areas of Augusta due to resource availability shortages. He displays a clear understanding that the youth of his generation are greatly affected by the lack of such opportunities and has a strong desire to play a part in the necessary changes that will lay the groundwork for a positive and productive future amongst the members of the community.
COnor O'hara
Board Chair of Creative Development
As the Board Chair of Creative Development at OpenMic Perform Pro, Conor O'Hara plays a vital role in spearheading the creative vision behind our film projects. With a keen eye for innovative storytelling and a passion for the film industry, Conor is responsible for initiating and overseeing the development of new film productions that align with OpenMic’s mission of creating dynamic and impactful content.
Conor’s role involves identifying and nurturing compelling film ideas from concept to execution, collaborating with writers, directors, and production teams to ensure each project meets the highest standards of creativity and quality. He works closely with industry partners to secure talent, funding, and resources, while ensuring that OpenMic’s values of originality, diversity, and excellence are reflected in every production.
As a strategic leader, Conor guides the direction of our film portfolio, making key decisions on which projects to greenlight and assembling the teams that bring these stories to life. His expertise in creative development, coupled with his deep industry connections, enables OpenMic Perform Pro to stay ahead of trends and deliver content that resonates with global audiences.
Rachel Molloy
Board Chair of Script Oversight
As the Board Chair of Script Oversight at OpenMic Perform Pro, Rachel Molloy plays a key role in ensuring the quality and impact of the screenplays that drive our productions. With a sharp eye for storytelling and a deep understanding of narrative structure, Rachel is responsible for reviewing, refining, and revising screenplays to ensure they meet the highest standards before moving into production.
Rachel works closely with writers, directors, and producers to fine-tune scripts, offering strategic feedback and guidance to elevate the narrative, character development, and pacing. Her expertise helps ensure that each screenplay aligns with OpenMic’s creative vision while also being primed for successful production.
In this leadership position, Rachel oversees the script selection process, ensuring that each project has a solid foundation before filming begins. Her ability to identify strengths and areas for improvement within a script allows OpenMic Perform Pro to create engaging, impactful content that resonates with audiences. Through her meticulous attention to detail, Rachel ensures that every project, from its first draft to the final cut, is ready to shine on screen.
Marry Lirette
Head of Design
Lirette leads the design team, setting the creative vision and ensuring all visual elements align with the brand's identity. She oversees the design process from concept to completion, collaborating with other departments to maintain consistency and high-quality standards. As the head designer for OpenMic Quarterly magazine, Lirette shapes the magazine’s design direction, including layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Her work ensures that each issue is visually engaging and aligns with the brand’s aesthetic, making her an essential part of both the design team and the magazine’s success.
Lori Gee
Head of Communications
Lori Gee leads the development and execution of OpenMic's communication strategy, overseeing public relations efforts and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. She manages media relationships, press releases, and communications during key events, while also coordinating internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged. Lori works closely with leadership and teams to ensure that the brand’s messaging aligns with organizational goals, maintaining a unified, on-brand voice. Her strategic approach strengthens OpenMic’s reputation and ensures clear communication both internally and externally.
Esteban Carriazo
Head of Photography
Carriazo leads all photography efforts, setting the creative direction and managing the photography team to ensure high-quality visual content for projects and campaigns. With a strong focus on aligning visuals with the campaign’s objectives, he oversees every aspect of the process—from concept to execution. Carriazo ensures that each shoot is well-organized, maintains high standards, and delivers content that is both visually compelling and consistent with the brand’s identity.
